HIS-Story

Duane A. Moody, a native Washingtonian is a graduate of the Washington, DC Public School System, Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University and Boston University, respectively.

A world-renowned tenor, formally as a member of the dynamic singing group, “Three Mo Tenors”, Duane is now an Associate Professor of Voice at Berklee College of Music and the founder and sole proprietor of DLMA Flowers on Bellevue, promising that his floral designs will make you stop in your tracks and just say, ‘WOW’!

As a world traveler, Duane has lodged at some of the most luxurious Chateaus and Hotels observing arrangements in the English, American, Flemish, Sunburst & Japanese line Designs.  Channeling his inner “floral designer” and no longer an illustrious hobbyist, Duane decided to certify at The Washington School of Flower Design under the tutelage of Michael Gaffney, author and founder of the American School of Flower Design.
